Above the flats there is a pool and a mini pool for children, a sun deck and a barbecue area. The view from there over the sea and along the coast to Santa Cruz is unique. The beach is within walking distance, guarded and equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. There are small bays that allow children to play in the water, even with strong waves. Restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, shopping facilities, an information centre, a medical centre and a diving school are right on the doorstep. If you want, you can even walk to Santa Cruz, as the footpaths along the coast are perfectly laid out. There is a bus stop directly in front of the flats.
